One of the main targets for Ahmad A. Abed Trading Est. since it has been founded in 1977 was to meet the increasing demand of the market on bakery& pastry materials. We have expanded our business activity and we opened branches in all areas to distribute raw materials to bakeries, hotels, cake & biscuits factories, catering companies and fast food shops.

We target also at launching new products in the market such as bakery enzymes, emulsifiers for bread & cake, food grade acids (citric acid & ascorbic acid), propylene glycol, liquid & powder colors and flavors.

We aim also to prepare and qualify Saudi individuals to work in bakery industry by organizing technical courses and seminars on baking techniques in the Kingdom and abroad to conduct live demonstrations on bakery items in customers' locations. We send our baking technologist to customers who have any inquiry or problem related to baking methods application or final products or even for making demonstrations. We do not sell only bakery items but we also provide after sale service.

We try to change the concept of bakery & pastry industry and to enable the baker and the confectioner to secure his requirements of high quality bakery items for best recipes at moderate prices.
