We believe that most of those who are working in Bakery industry are non-Saudis It was therefore one of our aims to train Saudis nationals on baking skills, to get them familiarized with baking art, to encourage Saudi individuals to explore this kind of art and help them get experience in baking & confectionery field. We organize periodical seminars and training courses (theoretical & practical) on baking basics. We trust that new Saudi labor force in bakery industry shall compete with non-Saudi labor force and shall prove that the Saudi individual is able to prove himself in all aspects of business activities.

From time to time we arrange technical visits for bakers from Europe to our customers to conduct demonstrations in customers locations on developed bakery ingredients in order to improve final products of breads and pastries, to prove baking materials quality, to find out new baking methods for longer shelf life and to furnish customers with technical advice on the best ways of handling & applying bakery materials.

Our keen desire and serious intention to meet all requirements of bakery & pastry industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has encouraged us to manufacture all bread & cake mixes in our premix plant in Jeddah through mutual cooperation and under license from internationally renowned.
