Dr. Fady Elassaad

Dr. Fady ElAssad is a Board Member of Ahmad Abdulwahab Abed Holding Company and a distinguished executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in the food and beverage industry across the Middle East. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Biological and Food Engineering from Mississippi State University, a Ph.D. in Food Engineering from the University of Maryland, and an MBA in General Management from Florida Metropolitan University. Dr. ElAssad currently serves as Group Chief Executive Officer of Asafwah Dairy & Beverages. Throughout his career, he has held several senior leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer of Arabian Beverage Company, Vice President of Business Development and Technical Services at Cargill, and General Manager of New Projects, Quality, Innovation, Research & Development, and Regulatory Affairs at NADEC. His extensive expertise spans strategic growth, operational excellence, product innovation, quality management, and business transformation within the food and beverage sector.
