Lotfi Shahada

Mr. Lotfi Shahada is a seasoned finance and governance professional with extensive experience in audit, advisory, corporate governance, and board leadership. He currently serves as a Senior Financial Advisor and as an Independent Board Member and Audit Committee Member for several joint-stock companies in Saudi Arabia, including publicly listed entities. Internationally, he serves on the Board of Regents of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and is a member of the Professional Standards Committee of the Texas State Society of Certified Public Accountants (CPAs). Prior to his current roles, Mr. Shahada was a Senior Audit Partner with EY and other leading global accounting firms. During his tenure at EY, he served on the firm's Global, EMEIA, and MENA Advisory Councils, contributing to strategic direction and governance initiatives across multiple regions. He has also held leadership positions within the American University of Beirut (AUB) alumni network, supporting professional development and community engagement initiatives.
