Patrick Satamian

Mr. Patrick Satamian serves as Managing Director and Board Member of Ahmad Abdulwahab Abed Holding Company and brings more than three decades of international and regional leadership experience across the food, baker, FMCG, retail and agribusiness sectors, as well as extensive experience with family-owned businesses. Throughout his career, he has held several senior executive and Board positions, including Chief Executive Officer of NADEC Foods, Elite Agro Holding, National Food Products Company and Emirates Food Industries. He previously held senior global and regional leadership roles with leading multinational companies including Kraft Foods, Mondelez, Danone and JTI, serving in positions such as President Europe, President Worldwide Travel and President Middle East, Africa, Turkey and Asia, with responsibility for businesses of up to USD 5 billion in revenue and more than 30,000 employees. He also played key leadership roles in two major acquisitions and integrations involving Cadbury and Danone Biscuits. He has extensive experience in business transformation, growth, M&A and integration, corporate governance and family-owned businesses, with a strong track record of leading complex organizations and creating sustainable shareholder value.
